Is Conservation going to the dogs?

On the past 1st of July 2015 Bioinsight South Africa, with the collaboration of BirdLife South Africa and the Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT), held a workshop on "The use of detection dogs on Biodiversity and Conservation Studies". The workshop had a great reception from the public with more than 40 attendants, with interests ranging from dog lovers to wind energy developers. National and international experts, from several different sectors, shared their experience on turning the man best friend into a biodiversity conservation tool.
